OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response

Hello,

If the USG scan is done in early weeks (around 5-6 wk), then fetal heart beat/ pole may not be visible. It is usually seen in 7-8 wk through abdominal USG scan or around 6-7 wk through TVS scan.

Here, you need to repeat the ultrasound scan after 1-2 wk. Subchorionic bleeding may cause continuous mild spotting or bleeding. You take adequate bed rest with progesterone, folic acid supplements.

Please, consult with gynecologist with follow-up scan. Good luck.
