Penile Vein Thrombosis? I Have What Appears To Be A

Penile vein thrombosis? I have what appears to be a swollen vein running from the base of the upper right side of my penis to just below the tip. I discovered this a few days after having jammed my erect penis into my girlfriends leg during intercourse. Towards the middle of the vein there are two ball shaped points about and inch away from each other as though it is clogged at those points. I have a pain that varies from throbbing to stinging in the portion of the vein that's clogged to the base of my penis. The pain is pretty much always there but varies in significance. Any contact with the vein such as rubbing against my underwear while walking causes pain. The size of the vein as well as the pain increases when I'm erect. The vein also appears to be more of a blue color while erect. I waited about a week and a half before having sex again as I felt it was getting better but it was painful and I believe it caused the vein to get even larger and more painful. Does this sound like penile vein thrombosis? If so what are my treatment options?
