Penis Curved, Pain During Ejaculation, Increased Curve During Erection

Hi, i 35 yrs old circumcised two years ago. Following that i noticed that my penis became curved to left side. In flaccid penis my glans almost covered with foreskin . But during erection skin in undersurface become strethched and i feel pain during ejaculation with increased curvature. I went to alot of doctors but no final decision some advice local treatment and a lot advice recircumcision (i araid from this surgery). Last expert saw me (from germany) told me it is a difficult case and take opininon of indian doctors since they are more expert in this fileld

Curvature of penis after a circumcision is due to two common reasons
1. If too much of a foreskin is taken off from the underside of the penis and the remaining skin is unable to stretch adequately during erection. This generally happens soon after the operation and can be corrected by making a small cut on the foreskin on the under surface of penis.
2. An uncommon disease called Peyronie's disease ( thickening of the penile tissue) seen usually in diabetics. It is felt like a hard plaque on the under surface of penis and causes a curvature in the penis (ramhorn penis) during erection and also considerable pain. A clinical examination by the doctor can differentiate the two conditions. Early Peyronie's disease responds usually to long time Vit.E treatment. Some patients may require surgicla excision of the plaque.
