Penis Pain, Red Dots On Thighs, Bumps On Back Of Head, Itching. STD Negative

i have been suffering from pains in the penis for about 3 months now. i get burning and pain like sensations all over my body. I had some small red dots on my thighs that would come and go after a day or so. also i have what seems like bumps on the back of my head. i had itching and pain in that location too. I had been battling upper repiratory infections for some time prior to this. i had std check by blood at 6 weeks since last time i had sex. it was with my very soon to be ex wife. we had been together for 5 years she did have hsv genital but unsure the type. i have never had any symptoms until now. my std test was negative for hsv 2 but positive hsv1. i have never had an actual herpes lesion.
