Performed Follicular Study. What Are The Findings In The Report? Can I Still Ovulate On Right Side?

I am shanti. My period date is 8th October 2013. My cycle is around 34 days. I did my follicular study.
On day 18th my right ovary had 13x11mm follicle and left had10x10mm. Endometrium thickness was 9.5mm
On day 20th right 17x14mm. Left it was same size. endometrium thickness was 10.3mm
On day 22nd it said no follicle could be seen on left and right follicle no increase in size.
Does it mean that My left follicle ruptured when I had a dominant follicle on right side. I have heard dominant follicle ruptures. Can I still ovulate on right side also

HI
Thank for asking to the HCM
Of course you can be have fillicale normally on either side according to your cycle, it is lot of changes being noted during the follicular study but that all can be taken as pathological i nature neither it can be said abnormal it is all depends upon the hormone level, no need to worry about it, have nice day.
