MRI Report-residual well defined lesion of size 46x20x39mm in right Perianal region, debris in central & surrounding inflammatory changes extending to ischioanal and ischiorectal fossae as well as right sided sphincter complex. No obvious track like communication with anal camel, No obvious supralevator extension of the lesion/tract
Do I need repeat surgery?
