I hope pregnancy was completely ruled out by a doctor and only then the medication given to you was prescribed.
Norethisterone is used to treat secondary amenorrhea. Once given, it takes 3-7 days for the period to appear. In some cases it can take about 10-15 days, but this is rare. As it has been only 3 days, you should expect your period anytime soon. Do not worry.
