Period Late With Nausea, Dizziness, Abdominal Pains And Frequent Urination But Why Always Getting Negative Result?

My period is late by a week, I have nausea, dizziness, fatigue, abdominal pains every now and then, I urinate more and I am moody, but I have taken 4 tests, one tonight, and all say negative. I have untreated hypothyroidism, but last time I miscarried they said my levels and my organs are fine, I should be able to carry a baby just fine. So why would I get a negative test?

Thanks for coming to Health Care magic.
I guess you took home tests for pregnancy. Please visit your gynecologist for missed period and symptoms who will also do blood test to check for pregnancy. Also, since you had miscarriage in past, it is better to involve gynecologist early if you are pregnant to have safe and healthy pregnancy.
All the best !
