Hi,
Having excluded pregnancy, you could be experiencing some amount of hormonal imbalance due perhaps to systemic disturbances, sudden weight changes, stress of any sort, infections and use of certain medications. You may need to have a physical exam, a trans-vaginal sonogram, blood counts and urinalysis to check for the cause. Please see a specialist and get further suggestions. Take care.
