Periods Due, Light Spotting, Headaches, Backache, Cramps. Am I Pregnant?

I am 28 years old and trying to concieve. The day may period was due I had 3 days of light spotting. Now I ve had headaches , backaches, cramps and my hips feel like they are splitting. I had a regular period for years. I was diagnosed with cysts in high school. I ve had 2 negative pregnancy tests at 3 days late. Could I be pregnant though?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy first if it is not there wait for some more days.
These symptoms may be because of hormonal changes also.
