What Causes Dizziness And Headaches After Taking Siphene?

I am taking siphene for last 3 months. My periods are coming regular now( I have pcos). This month I haven t got periods. It s 4 days late. Also I am having backache, sometimes I feel dizziness and headache. Took a pregnancy test 3-4 days before periods due date. It was negative. What could be the reasons?

go for pregnancy test. otherwise it may be hormonal irregularity. repeat pregnancy test of blood test in laboratory. if it is negative then there is no pregnancy
