Permanent Cure For Hypothyroidism?

i am suffering from hypothyroid from last 2 and half year ..during my second pregnancy ... at present it is 3.45 and i am taking 75mg thyronome...my question is ...can it be cured permanently and my doses are appropriate or not

You have not given clear idea about 3.45,whether it is T4,TSH.

Hypothyroid is not curable permanently,you have to continue the medicine with maintenance dose after control.
