Persistent Rash On Face. Tried Steroid Cream. No Change. Cure?
I have a persistent rash on my face (Chin) and have had it for more than a month. Have tried anti-allergenic facial cleanser and moisturiser, and light topical steriod cream from the pharmacy, but it will not clear up. Just as it starts to disappear, during the next day it starts to get sore and itchy again. I'm really now using nothing except "Lucas Paw Paw" balm which did clear most of the rash up for a short while.
Please stop the steroid cream and any other medication on the face at the earliest. It would be prudent to discuss this with your doctor who can treat it with oral drugs and antibiotics as required. The opinion of a dermatologist may be sought.
