Persistent Vomiting, Weight Loss. What Could Be The Cause?
My mother , who is 89 years old, has persistent vomitting. She has lost a stone in weight over the last 7 days. She is, not surprisingly quiet, but otherwise is still able to get around. She is having blood tests today. I am some distance away from her and am not able to speak to her doctor. Any idea what the problem may be?

This can be due to the presence of any neoplastic growth in the GIT. All it needs clinical examination followed by necessary investigations. Accordingly, she can be treated. So take her to the ER room for a detailed checkup.
