Persisting Neck Pain, Feels Like Bruise, Fatigue

I have a dull pain in my neck that has persisted for weeks. I don t notice it all the time but it will not go away. It is at the top of my adams apple below my chin . It almost feels like a bruise when I touch it from the outside. Not sure whether related but I also have had incredible fatigue within the same period.
