Petechiae Red Spots All Over Abdomen, Had Hysterectomy, No Hormone Replacement. Causes?

I have petikia red spots all over my abdomen and would like to know what they are and what causes them. I have had a hysterectomy and not on hormone replacement if hormones have any thing to do with it. Thanks
