there are 2 basic issues here
1. klebsiella can be a laboratory contaminant, and so need not be specific. you will have to look at the colony count in the report to know how significant it is.
so accordingly one can decide if the infection needs treatment
2. the culture report must have got a sensitivity test. so i think an antibiotic course can be initiated accordingly
as for your treatment issues, i would suggest you meet a pulomonologist, do decide the course, since i cannot see your
x ray online
suggest ct chest
