Hi isotretinion 10 mg is used for oily skin or seborrhic dermatitis or acne vulgaris.it is safe if ur lipid profile is normal.if u are not pregnant or if u are not in child bearing age.after using isotretinion for two months use momate in the morning and kojic cream in the night to decrease marks over face.i think they are dueto seborrhic melanosis or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
