In your case firstly it should be diagnosed properly.
Confirm that you have got bleeding piles or Fissure-in-ano or both because treatment depends upon the diagnosis.
Consult surgeon and get examined and follow his advice.
After making diagnosis he will advice accordingly.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
