Pimple At The Tip Of Nose, Near Cartilage, Lump Under Skin With Redness, Extremely Pain, Using Phisohex Antibacterial Skin Wash. Cure?

I have what i think is a pimple at the tip of my nose pretty much near the cartilage at the inside tip.. There is a small lump under the skin and a fair amount of rendess but no head, It s been there for two weeks now and is becoming painfull and no sign of going away..I have been washing it with- Phisohex Antibacterial Skin Wash .What can be done about it.

Thanks for the query.

You might have developed furuncles.

These are deep bacterial infections.

Treatment is with antibiotics.

Its good that you are using an antibacterial cream.

A course of oral antibiotics may also be required.

as this area is a dangerous area, infection may spread to brain.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
