sir,im 22years old/M....my prob is my penis upper layer skin did not went down...wen i try i to pull back there is a small pimple size ball is coming out....i saw some ****movies guys tat they having like a cap in top of penis but my penis is fully covered by skin...pls give some remedies to solve this problem coz witin 2months i ll get married..plz help me doctor...

I went through your problem description. Your foreskin is fully retractable with the help of some lubrication, or without it. You had seen in movies right. The shape of an erect penis having retracted foreskin is such that there is a cap over it. You can also have it.

If your foreskin is too tight, you can have a minor surgery called circumcision. First try retracting over and over again without hurting yourself. use some oil as lubrication.
