Pimple Om Foreskin, Close To Groin, Painless, Irritated, Bleeding. Had Safe Oral Sex. Is It Related?
Good day..3 days ago i noticed a pimple forming on my upper foreskin, not close to groin. It was painless.but yesterday it became sensitive and irritated.today i popped it,there was puss and blood.I put a bit of vinegar on it. It seems just like a normal pimple that i get on my face often.I rarely engage in sexual relations.I had safe oral sex a month ago..and I kissed a girl i like, last weekend..the last time i engaged in full sex was June 2012...i am going to see a doctor next week...what might this be? should i be worried?
Hello and welcome to HCM, A boil can appear on the foreskin similar to that seen in any other part of the body. As you have mentioned that there are pus discharge from the boil; it is likely to be pyogenic or bacterial infection. However, since you are sexually active, there are chances of sexually transmitted disease especially if you are engaged in unprotected sex. Any infection on the genitalia can get transmitted to the partner in unprotected sex. Avoid unprotected sex till the infection clears away and use barrier contraceptives in future.
