Pimple Scars, Mosquito Bites, Microdermabrasion, Retino Creams
Hi I have pimple scars on my face .infact even if a mosquito bites it becomes black on my face thereby leaving ascar . I have tried everything from microdermabrasion to home remedies to retino creams . It has reduced but when anew pimple comes again the same problem . I don t touch or squeeze my pimples . I am 35 yrs old .

Hi Anila,
Before treating your acne scars, it is important to treat acne first in your case.
At the age of 35, if new pimples are appearing means either you have dandruff or hormonal imbalance leading to acne.
In case of dandruff, use Ketoconazole shampoo, maintain scalp hygiene.
Hormonal imbalance, if present need to be dealt completely. PCOD is common underlying problem.
Once your new pimples are coming under control then you can treat scars either with laser treatment/filler substances/chemical peeling/cryotherapy with or without steroid injections.
So consult dermatologist, find out cause for acne and treat it.

You need to find the root cause of the acne.It is usually multifactorial, but with through history and a few investigations atleast a few things can be concluded. You need to go through hormonal investigations.
Also in order to supresses the pimples and prevent the new ones from erupting, talk to your doctor and consider oral antibiotic treatment.
Avoid dusty and polluted places. Go for a regular skin routine specific to your skin type - cleanser, toner and moisturizer
