Pimples, Black Spots On Face. Prescribed Clyndamycin And Benzyl Peroxide Lotion. Can I Use?

Hi my skin is oily.. i used cinthol for many years.. But recently i changed to Dove. I get lot of pimples and black spots in my face..It happen last year also when i use one new cream at that time a dermatologist suggested clyndamycin and benzyl peroxide lotion and dermadew soap. my face become soft and clear.. shall i use the same lotion and soap now.. and am using Lactocalamine lotion now.

You can continue clindamycin, benzyl peroxide lotion & dermadew soap. Continue with lactocalamine lotion daily.

Avoid touching your face frequently.Use daily suncreen.

Have good night sleep.Avoid stress & exertion.

Have healthy nutritious diet.

Drink plenty of fluids.Avoid dehydration.
