Pimples On Chest. Applied Clearasil. Now Dry, Red And Itchy Skin

Hi, im 14 and my chest was broke out really bad so my mom got me some Clearasil Ultra Acne Treatment . It had 10% Benzoyl Peroxide in it and after a couple days of using it, my chest did clear up a little but now it is very very dry and it s red and sometimes it itches. Please help me. I need to get rid of this dry skin .

Hi,

Use a mild cleanser like cetaphil to wash the area and apply a bland moisturising cream which contains aloe vera, paraffin, oatmeal, vitamin E, etc. You may also apply calamine lotion for soothening.
