Pimples On Face. Not Cured By Medicine. Looking For Effective Medicine

hai doctor good morning, am 23 male from india. am facing with pimples on my face. recently i went doctor, doctor suggest me CLARISA GEL, PERNOX 5% GEL, ZINCOVIT TABS, POX (DT), AZISAFE-500. but there is no result at all. And while i apply pernox gel, the pimple spot becoming very red and geting rashes . pls suggest me some medicine. thanku

Hello.Not all acne respond well to antibiotics.They need to be taken for a very long time 3-6 months.Worse case scenario, you may have to be started on retinoids, which only your doctor can decide.
