Pimples On Face And Ears. Treatment?

HI Doctor - I have developed pimples / pimple like blisters on my face, ears and things in the past couple of days all of a sudden. I do not have any fever or body aches or headaches etc. I am having my period now. I usually some pimples just prior to my periods, however, this time the number of these are more and each is much severe and spread out across the body.
Please can you advise about the cause, suggest any OTC cream / medicine ? or do I leave it to heal on its own..?

thanks for writing here.
It seems you have got sudden flare up of your acne lesions.It occurs due to hormonal disturbances.

Wash regularly your face with a good oil control cleanser.Do not apply any oily sunscreens or moisturizer creams.Avoid oily food.

You can apply clindamycin containing creams .Clinmiskin is a readily available on counter for this.Apply it two times daily.
