Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pimples are caused due to hormonal imbalance. They are caused by blockage of the sweat glands. They commonly occur on face, shoulders and back.
They are not specifically associated with gonorrhea.
Treatment for pimples is to keep clean, free from oil.
Antibiotic treatment is required if the pimples get infected.

The vaginal discharge can occur in two conditions.
firstly, in case of infection. The discharge in case of infection is usually thick associated with itching, rash, ulcer or lymph node(s).
Secondly, discharge can also occur in case of congestion of the pelvic organs.
The vaginal discharge also increases under sexual stimulation.
You can get examination of the vaginal discharge to rule out infection.

The cramping pain associated with menstruation is due to dysmenorrhea.
You can take anti-spasmodic for the pain.

In order to prevent sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), practice safe sex and use barrier method of contraception.

Thanks and take care
