Pin In Lower Back, Flank Area, Testicles, Groin Area, Weaker Urine Stream With Yellow And Cloudy Urine. Emergency?

I have had pain on both sides of lower back and front flank area for months now, recently iv had pain in testicles and grion area. I have had two kidney stones a year apart and the last one was almost a year ago. I have also noticed a weaker urine stream and what seems to be darker yellow, cloudy urine. I worried weither or not i should go to doctor. i went to the ER a few months back with abdomen and back pain and they sent me home with vicoden and zantac 150 and said I had too much acid in my stomach but i felt as if that was not the case.
