General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your concern. The back ache you have with forward or back word movements seems to be to to stress/ degenerative changes in spine pressing on nerve roots.. mostly lumber spines/ vitamin D or calcium deficiency/ arthritis of spinal / illeo scaharal joint. Get X ray of spine/ Serum Vitamin D & Calcium done & consult an orthopedic surgeon for specific treatment. Treatment would be NSAID pills, Vitamin D & Calcium supplementPhysiotherapy and sometimes surgery. Thanks.
