Pin Point Sized Sore Red Spots On The Sides Of The Toes And Also Pain In Achillies Tendon. What Could Be The Problem?
I keep getting pin point sized painful red spots on the sides of my toes where the joint is and my toes will go completely numb and turn yellow and red. I looked it up and think it's petechia and reynaud's phenomenon but I don't know.. it sucks because I'm a dancer and I feel like my feet are falling apart. I also get this really sharp pain in my achilles tendon sometimes, like it's stuck and if I walk on it or try to flex my foot it will get worse.
I can understand your concern for Pin point sized sore red spots on the sides of the toes and also pain in achillies tendon.
The pin point spots can be due simple vasculitis which is the inflammation f the vessels of small size. It can be bruise also due to the rupture of blood vessels a the local area. In most of the circumstances these bruises are normal in its appearance at this time. So you should not be worried about the same.
If at all any new red psots occur at any new site then you can consult the treating doctor for the same.
The marks will fade by itself in next 14 days, so there is no need to apply anything over the same.
The pain in tendon an be part of dancing due to stretching or minor injury. SO do not worry about the same.
Hope these information will relax you.
Take care.
