A pinkish discharge is a sign of either an infection, a soon approaching period or a hormonal imbalance. In your case it could be a hormonal imbalance caused by use of the pill. Do not worry, this should soon normalize.
Ifnit does not disappear within 7-10 days time, then please visit your doctor. Also, if you experience any symptoms of an infection then report to your doctor at the earliest.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
