Pins And Needles In Neck, Spreading To Shoulders, Arm. X Ray Shows Wear And Tear, Arthritis. Recommendations?

I have had a problem with my neck for about 4 months. It started with pins and needles every time put my head down
but it then progressed, to it going down my neck left shoulder and left arm. It has now got even worse as it is no longer pins and needles but severe pain going down my neck, both shoulders, right arm, and the new thing is every now and then my left leg feels as if it is sinking into the ground,( like when you walk on wet sand ). I have had an x-ray and I have been told it shows a lot of wear and tear, with Arthritis,( which I also have in my lower back ). I have been told it could be due to days in the Army. I am only 48 but the PAIN makes me feel lik I am 78.

Hi,
As you got degenerative changes in your vertebral spines, due to irritation and pressure on the nerves giving rise this problem.
Go for physiotherapy for cervical and lumbo-sacral spines.
Go for cervical traction, short way diathermy.
Go for back extension exercise.
Take Calcium, Vitamin A and D supplements along with B1, B6 and B12 capsules or injection.
Ok and take care.
