Please I delivered through c-section June last year, did exclusive breast-feeding and finally weaned my baby July dis year. All through this period, no menstrual period. 23rd of last month, I had this sever cramp in my lower abdomen for about 5days, 28days later the sever pain is here again and I can barely get up. The pain is also sever when urinating or passing gas or wanting to defecate. Pls help me
