Please.... Why do i keep getting discomfort at my vagina even after treatment and also sometimes feel pain in my clitoris which sometimes have some solid discharge in it...

Again why do i urinate very quickly even immediately i empty ny urine... I can urinate more than 20 times aday n also within a space of 1 to 5 mins have to attend a nature's call being urine.. Am worried pls help
