She has kneepain since many years. On SOS basis she takes pain killers such as Acelophenac,Hifinac,Ultracet Flexon MR etc.She was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis of the right knee 5 years back..She has taken Rejoint tablets for a period of 4 months also.I am forwarding the Xray of Oct 2021 and Dec 2022.The Ortho suggested that she is to go for knee replacement as her right knee is not in good condition. He prescribed Cortilox powder 1/2 packet for 15 days and prescribed Tab Etova ER 400 mg to be taken on SOS basis for pain .Her S,Creatinine levesl for the past 3 years is as under.

Please give your valuable opinion on the necessity for knee replacement. Is she to undergo the surgery or not?
2.As she is diabetic is it risky or not?
3.Can she take Cortilex powder .Does it spike the glucose levels or not?
4.Is the Tab Etova ER safe to take on sos basis, because i am very much afraid to take unknown pain killers.
5.whether her creatinine levels though below 1.4, are these levels are within the danger levels?
