Please help. Hey pothyroidism. 50mcg levothyroxine qd for several years. Recently every day and especially just prior to bed and when I wake up in middle of sleep, very distinguished sweet taste in my mouth. Can't explain but also have severe migraines and just recovering from a week long period of waking with same headache that resulted in er admit. Have been migraine free for three days now but have noticed this change in my saliva around the same time. Any correlation between the two? And what could be causing this? I am a 115 lb Caucasian female with no familial history of heart disease or diabetes.
