Please, may I have a list of foods that fight INFLAMMATION? I tore the menisci on both knees. Left is worse since it puts pressure on a main ligament (it is bent and hurting all the time). I want to avoid Knee replacement through diet and loosing weight. (I am obese: 180lbs, for 5'1 tall frame, female). Alas, I am hungry all the time and I am sitting most of the time while writing and reading.
