Hi aged 26.i do have lots of pimples and dark spots i use lotion named allsuth but not in my favour and will acnesol show me best n also want to know abt clean and dry cream wil it reduce dark skin below d belly.I used himalya neem face wash to clear my face so plz doc help me.thanks

Sadly all sort of over the counter formulations are available in India for numerous skin conditions. There is no one medicine cures all solution to acne. However, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is definitely required.
