Hi all A quick question I know heart disease is strong in my family anyway and both my parents have heart issues but I was wondering are there any possibilities that these issues can be skipped in certain generations or is it inevetible that I will get it when im older - I think I will be in line to get it but maybe im wrong. Thanks
It may be partly genetic, but partly family dietary habits.
I shared my propensities for snacks of cheese and crackers, like my Dad, more than my siblings. And ice cream, and peanut butter.
No one else among my siblings has severe heart disease except me.
