Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since , you are recovering from stroke attack very nicely , that's a good thing.
After effects of stroke are numbness and cold clammy peripheral parts .
In my opinion consult a neurologist and get his opinion .
This will tell you any disease in arteries concerned.
Consult a physiotherapist and his advice will help you.
Good luck.

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi, the numbness is caused by the poor circulation of blood to the brain supplied nerves to the fingertips.
As it is 4 years passed the drugs used to increase the circulation wont do any purpose.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and to continue every week one injection, along with other drugs. Thank you.
