Pop Sound Heard In Eardrum While Blowing Nose. Feeling Uncomfortable While Chewing And Yawing. What Has Happened?

I dont really have a cold. Maybe the start of one. Was just crying a lot and my nose was running, so I blew my nose and my left ear drum made a pop sound and not it's pretty uncomfortable when I chew, yawn, burp (gross i know), etc. Did I pop my ear drum? I heard that you end up in excruciating pain if you pop an eardrum. It feels like a mild ear infection but I find it hard to believe that that would come on while blowing my nose. Any help/suggestions/answers would be great!!

Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
You must be knowing that, Eustachian tube connects ear and back of nose. While blowing nose violently, you have popped your drum.
Just calm down. Dont worry. Do not blow nose harshly again. Do some steam inhalation at least thrice a day. Take some anti histamines and analgesics. You should be alright in 3-4 days.
