Popped Ingrown Hair, Discharge Of White And Smelly Substance. Now Hole In Middle Of Sore
hi im justine in 2009 i had this in grown hair when it poped it had a long hair and lots of white hard smelly stuff that came out of it. I still have the same sore 4 years later i poped it about a week ago and lotsof white smeey stuf came out also a sack looking thing now there is a big hole in the middle of the sore and the smell is worse

What you could be having might be an infected sebaceous cyst. The sack like thing is the wall of the cyst. Usually the contents of the cyst are very foul smelling. You will need a course of antibiotics to bring own the infection. Get these prescribed by your doctor. Once infection subsides consider getting the cyst excised by surgeon or dermatologist.
