Popping Sensation In Elbow Has Led To Intense Pain. What Is The Reason?

Ok not my elbow but inner part where it bends usually where they draw blood. Well went to hand a friend something and it popped and hurt very bad it was weird never popped there before well it s been two hours n the pain is still bad tried muscle run but no luck. What did I do.

The pain at the elbow which started all of a sudden with no trauma, is rather unusual. Please confirm if there is a swelling, movements at the elbow ? Are you a sports person ?

For the moment suggest, immobilisation in a elbow sling and paracetamol 1000 mgm. for pain relief.

Do get an X-ray and see the ortho.It could be a tear of a muscle.
