Popping Sound Followed By Pain In Ankle While Moving. History Of Repaired Peroneus Brevis Tendon, Ligaments. Is This Serious?

I had surgery last month to repair my peroneus brevis tendon, and some ligaments. I have been walking for about a week and a half now, and today when I stepped down, the top of my foot near my ankle popped. After that it was painful to step, and now hurts when i move my ankle up or down. Did I pop one of my ligaments?
