Popping Sound With Pain While Twisting The Knee. Burning With Swelling. Cure?

I twisted my knee today and heard and felt a loud pop, and an immediate sharp pain which subsided after about 30 seconds. Then felt fine. Now over the last few hours the pai is getting worse and worse and the knee feels unstable and is painful and uncomfortable. I also have a burning feeling where the pop originaly was on the inside of my knee and swelling there, any ideas?
