Possibility of pregnancy?

Hi me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on the third day of my period. My periods are usually 3-4 days long , so on my 3rd day we had sex and he pulled out "he had to use the bathroom "and as he did I saw clear liquid substance come out of him . could it be pre cum? After i used the bathroom and some blood came out , and througjoit the day asi uswd the bathroom .Can I get pregnant ?
