Possibility Of Ringworm On Wrist. How To Prevent It From Infecting Other People?
hi, so i think i may have ring worm on my wrist, only i can t get to a doctor until monday. i m wondering if one, can it spread over my body away from the original reaction site, and how can i prevent from infecting other people. would it be really bad to put a band aid on it for 2 days?

Ring worm otherwise called tenia corporis is a fungal infection usually appear as ring leisons on skin.I usually treat my patients in such condition with miconazole or terbinafine ointment for local application and fluconazole tablet as oral intake weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance.That usually clears the problem.Hope this may help you
