Post Excision Of Sebaceous Cyst Removal. On Erythromycin. Is It Thrush?
I am 8 days post excision of sebaceous cyst removal (labia) - have commenced Erythromycin 250mgs q.d.s.yesterday as it was clearly infected (smell/pain). - it has helped somewhat but am still feeling itchy/uncomfortable - might i have thrush now ? In which case, how do i manage this as don't want to use cream on area which is still healing ?
Hi, After removal of cyst if stitches are not taken then proper dressing is to be carried out. Go for proper dressing with antibiotic cream by your doctor. Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy. Ok and take care.
