Postpartum, Lochia Finished, Bleeding Starts With Cramps
Hi i am 7 weeks postpartum an my lochia had finished 2 weeks ago untill 3 days ago when i saw bright red bleedin again,an intially thought i got my period ,since then is has become heavier an darker with cramps an was just wandering if this is my first period after having my baby?

Yes mam most probably its your first period only which is can be abnormal at times. But it will eventually subside but if it doesn't get an ultrasound done. And ever since you have started menstruating you should start using some contraception also after consulting your gynecologist. Take care and all the best.
